Booking Terms
For your convenience we will confirm your appointment by text the day before (for appointments booked on Tuesday we will confirm on Saturday as we are closed Sunday and Monday)
As a courtesy we ask you to notify us at least 24 hours in advance should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
You are advised that 50% of the total service cost will be incurred if less than 24 hours notice is given.
No shows will incur full service cost. Credit card details or a deposit may be required at time of booking to secure your appointment.
Late arrivals
Every effort will be made to accommodate late arrivals. We ask that you give us as much prior warning as possible if you think that you may be late for your appointment. This will help us to make any necessary arrangements to try and accommodate you and any clients following your appointment.
We reserve the right to refuse an appointment for late arrivals if we feel that it will inconvenience other clients.
